Pathetic and bad customer service. It is very close to my residence. I spend 200/300 dollars every week(Owner Feel free to see my receipt) and they never pack your bags. 2/3 girls stand there gossiping there. When I asked do I have to pack my own bag? The lady responded there is a line. To be honest, there was a man behind me buying cokes and soft drinks. So what if there is 100 people behind me, you pack my stuffs first and start the next. After a hard working day, I am not going to pack my 200/300 dollars groceries. Attn to the Owner: I am going to give you one more shot. Please fix this issue. If they dont pack my bag, I will leave the products/items there and walk out. And 100 more negative reviews will come. If you fix this issue, I will gladly update my review accordingly. Please feel free to leave a comment below saying you addressed this issue. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed. I’m a repeat customer and started coming here weekly for the marinated chicken. A staff member suggested I call ahead, so I did. I called at 11:45 AM and ordered $50 worth of marinated chicken. I was told to come back around 1:00–1:30 PM. When I called again at 1:40 PM, I was told they needed more time. I said that was fine and went to the gym. I arrived at 4:30 PM—almost 5 hours later—and nothing was prepared. I was told to wait “10 more minutes,” while walk-in customers were served immediately. The staff member handling orders completely dropped the ball. What made it worse was the lack of accountability—no apology, no explanation, nothing. Very frustrating experience, especially for a loyal customer. I won’t be returning.

A great place to shop south Asian items. The store is well stocked, prices are fair. Their staff is so helpful. They make sure our shopping experience is stress free. New manager is so cool. She knows everything. It’s definitely a go to place.

Valley stream was in need of South Asian grocery store with huge variety and fresh produce, good location, all you need from veggies to fruit or nest all here, prices are average, same product as similar other places
